Sacramental Records (Baptism, Confirmation or Marriage Certificates) can be obtained by contacting the Parish Office at 201.798.7900
For all such records it is helpful to tell the Secretary the date, as close as you know it, to the sacrament in question. The records can be picked up at the Parish Office (156 Hancock Avenue) or mailed to you home or to the Parish or priest for whom you are requesting the records.
Sacramental records cannot be transmitted via e-mail. If a copy is sent by FAX and original must follow it by mail.

BAPTISM / BAUTISMO The Parish of St. Paul of the Cross Church baptizes children who are registered parishioners. If you are not a registered parishioner and would like your child baptized at our parish you would need to register the family. As part of the preparation for a child's entry into the Church through the Sacrament of Baptism, The Parish Preparation Program, is held Friday evenings (Friday before the second Sunday), at 7:00PM in the Lower Rectory. We ask that both Parents and Godparents attend one pre-Baptismal session. This session presents an adult understanding of the Sacrament of Baptism and the responsibilities of Christian parenthood. The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of each Month. Arrangements should be made at least two months prior to th Baptism, to allow for the Parish Preparation Program. ADULT BAPTISM If you are an unbaptized ADULT or a parent of an OLDER CHILD and want to become a member of the Catholic Church please visit our Rite of Christian Initiation page BAUTISMO Cada PRIMER DOMINGO de Enero, Marzo, Mayo, Julio, Septiembre y Noviembre durante la Misa de 11:30 AM. Arreglos con la parroquia deben hacerse por lo menos dos meses del bautismo. Se realiza todos los últimos domingos de cada mes ésta dirigida a los padres y padrinos de todos los niños que van recibir el sacramento del Bautismo. |

FHOLY COMMUNION / COMUNION The Sacrament of Communion is administered to baptized children who are in our religious education program. Communion is administered in the Spring. If your baptized child and you would like further information, contact the parish office at 201.798.7900. If your baptized child is past the normal age of Communion then your child will have to attend the RCIA program. If you are an ADULT and have been baptized but never received your First Holy Communion visit our Rite of Christian Initiation page COMUNION El sacramento de la comunion es administrado a los niños bautizado que participan en nuestro programa de educación y religosa. La primeras comuniones se llevan a cabo en el tiempo de Pascua. Si usted quiere informaciónadicional por favor llame a las secretarias de la parroquia al número telefónico 201.798.7900. Si su niños está pasado de la edad normal de recibir la primera comunion debe de recibir la clases en el programma de educación para adultos RICA. La primera comunion para adultos se lleva a cabo durante el tiempo de Pascua. |

CONFIRMATION / CONFIRMACIÓN The Sacrament of confirmation is administered in our Religious Education program. The Sacrament is received in the Fall season. If you and your baptized child would like further information, contact our parish office 201.798.7900.
